Breza Hotel Borovets, Borovets

My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The location was brilliant, close to the main ski station, and great for daily walks in the mountains, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired with a forced payment situation. The rooms were pretty small and close to the lobby bar, making it noisy, but the value for money was relatively good.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable, located right above the restaurant area. The service was kind, but there were some issues with storing our snowboards for a fee. The location was excellent for accessing the gondola ski lift, but the dining experience with low-quality products was a letdown.

The hotel had mixed aspects - the rooms were wonderful at the end of a ski day but were old-fashioned with dirty carpets. Despite never being completely clean during my week-long stay, they were still a part of the overall price. On the downside, the service was a mix of friendly interactions and rude behavior, like not clearing snow or accepting only cash payments for simple requests like water.
